We are pleased to announce our next 'Dealing with Negative Emotions' retreat for those who feel that most of their life energy is being sucked away by the negative emotions such as anger, fear, anxiety, attachment, greed, jealousy etc on daily basis, thus leaving them with less energy to focus on what is important in life. ​​

The 7 days retreat aims to create a space that shall help its seekers to first understand and familiarize themselves with Negative states of mind through the four step process of study, reflect, meditate and practice. Post understanding and familiarizing, the retreat shall create a space for the seekers to learn to face/transform their negative emotions. The process shall also enable the seekers to prepare to continue their practice in their daily lives.

Retreat timeline: September 2-8, 2018
Batch size: Maximum 12 participants, first come- first serve basis.
Venue: Deer Park Institute, Bir, Himachal Pradesh

About us at Sahaj Foundation: We have been conducting these retreat for past five years now. Back in 2014, we started with our 7 days long Head2Heart retreat with an aim to create spaces for seekers so that they can walk on a journey from their Minds to their Hearts to not only identify their Heart’s calling, but also gather courage to follow the same in the real world. Since our first retreat, we have so far facilitated the retreat process for around 100+ people, who joined us from different walks of life- some were college students, some were working professionals and so forth.
