It sounds like you've been seeing some missing flights when syncing between DJI's cloud and AirData.
Can you send us an email at
sup...@airdata.com with screenshots from your DJI flight app of the missing flights?
Please also check the following:
1) Your DJI credentials at
app.airdata.com ->
My Account ->
DJI Login are complete and up-to-date.
2) Your DJI flights are fully uploaded to DJI's cloud.
The DJI cloud -> AirData integration works by scanning your DJI cloud account for new flights.
You can also manually trigger a sync by heading to
My Account ->
DJI Login and clicking
Sync or
Sync AllThank you. We'll look for your email at
sup...@airdata.com
