I have not been able to get either my RC Controller or RC2 Controller to auto-sync flight logs on my Air2S or Mini4Pro for at least two months.

Have tried all the usual resolutions, including turning it off an on again, logging in and out of Airdata and DJI accounts then logging back in again. Checked for firmware updates, Rebooting my household router etc, etc. Manual uploads work just fine, but it's not what I wanted to do long term.

I have seen other traffic here about logs not auto-sync'ing and wanted to add my experience, but also see if anyone had a solution or a reason for why this feature no longer functions?

Hi,

Thank you for sharing this question.

It sounds like you've been seeing some missing flights when syncing between DJI's cloud and AirData.
Can you send us an email at sup...@airdata.com with screenshots from your DJI flight app of the missing flights?

Please also check the following:
1) Your DJI credentials at app.airdata.com -> My Account -> DJI Login are complete and up-to-date.
2) Your DJI flights are fully uploaded to DJI's cloud.
The DJI cloud -> AirData integration works by scanning your DJI cloud account for new flights.
You can also manually trigger a sync by heading to My Account -> DJI Login and clicking Sync or Sync All

Thank you. We'll look for your email at sup...@airdata.com

Best Regards,
Tom
