Hi.

I currently fly both DJI Mavic and mini. However Airdata only shows my Mavic flights even though the Mini in the settings function is set to Auto-sync my flights to the cloud.
Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue.

Thanks

Hello,

Great question and I'd be happy to explain how AirData can acquire your Mavic Mini flight logs.

Direct DJI Sync
With Direct DJI Sync, the flight logs are sent from your phone/tablet to DJI's servers. AirData then retrieves your flight logs from DJI's servers.

Uploading with the AirData UAV mobile app (recommended)
The AirData UAV mobile app can sync your DJI Fly logs directly with your AirData account, which is our recommended method. Please visit the following help pages to ensure your sync settings are properly set up.

I hope this helps!

Personally I don’t get it at all. My Mini II syncs fine with Airdata but my Mavic Pro 2 that I use DJI GO4 dos not! I go into the GO4 app, upper right corner syncs and nothing happens. AirData has gotten way to complicated!!

Hello, we're sorry to hear that you are having trouble syncing your Mavic 2 Pro flight logs. There are a couple of common reasons why flights may not be syncing properly when using Direct DJI Sync

  1. When you sync your flights with DJI's servers from within the DJI GO 4 app, is there a cloud icon next to each flight (image #3, below)? The cloud icon indicates that the flights are synced with DJI's servers. If the cloud is not present, please tap on the cloud icon in the upper right corner (image #2, below) to sync your logs with DJI's servers.

  2. Please ensure that the credentials you are logged into DJI GO 4 with match the credentials you have added to your AirData account. If you have more than one set of DJI credentials, please add each set to your AirData account, here: https://app.airdata.com/main?a=account&apage_id=DJI_Login
This will ensure that AirData will retrieve the flight logs for each of your DJI accounts.

If you are still having trouble after reviewing the above information, please send an email to sup...@airdata.com and we'd be happy to take a look at your account.

Note: If you're using iOS or iPadOS:
  • The Airdata app Auto Syncs DJI Fly Flight Logs (be sure to activate it in the settings of the Airdata App).
  • If you want to sync your DJI GO4 Flights to Airdata, first sync your Flight Records in the DJI GO4 App, then you'll need the HD Sync App from Airdata. Insert your credentials and Airdata Token in the HD Sync App and click Sync Now.

Hope this helps!
