Hi Fred,

Thank you for writing with this question. We also see that you've sent some help requests to sup...@airdata.com

We will be addressing your questions in an email response.

Default Drones and Batteries
Regarding "Default Drones", this is a feature we developed in response to flight logs that are missing serial number info.
AirData uses a drone's serial number to a) create an equipment profile for that drone, and b) assign incoming flight logs to that drone.
Occasionally, flight logs come in without a drone serial number.
The "Default" drones and batteries are meant to capture these unassigned flights.

We recommend reassigning flights from the Default equipment to the correct equipment profile as new flights come in.
If the Default equipment no longer has any associated flights, you can delete the Default profile.

Thank you. We will be sending a followup response from sup...@airdata.com

Best Regards,
Tom

Tom,
There is no flight information on these default flights to assign. I have no idea what they are? I sent a long email to Jordan. Bottom line is that I have no information about any Mini 5 Pro. I have one with over a hundred flights. Where is that??
