LAANC Request for pilot within organization

I am trying to request a LAANC for a pilot within our organization and I get an error message that the pilot phone number is required and should be set within My Account first.  There is no field for that in the Manage Pilot page.

Where should the pilot phone numbers be set?

Hi Todd,

Thank you for posting this question.

Pilots will need to add their own phone numbers by signing into their pilot accounts on app.airdata.com

They will also need to verify their phone numbers before LAANC applications can be submitted for them.

To do this, pilots can head to My Account -> Personal Info.

There, they can populate the "Mobile Phone" field and click Verify.
