I am having problems uploading my csv file from UgCS to Airdata.  Has anyone tried this before?  I have attached the csv file that comes from the UgCS software along with a kmz and tlm as these are the only options for exporting the data.  Any help getting my flight data from UgCS to Airdata would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Tom,

Thanks for the note.
We currently do not support UgCS, but it is on our product roadmap but no definitive timing as of yet.
Appreciate your patience with us.

Best regards,
Frederic

Dear Tom,

Do you know any update on the compatibility of UGCS data?

Thank you

I believe we have done this. I think you need the txt file from the Android tablet not the file from the laptop.

Dear John,

Thank you for the reply.
Where do you find this txt file on your android device?
What is the path name?

Vriendelijke Groeten,
Kim

From the user manual:

UgCS for DJI. Location of log files: Device storage>Android>data>com.UgCS.android.vsm.dji>files>log_cat

Hi guys,

We do not have an update regarding support for UgCS logs just yet. We do our best to prioritize new features/updates, and please know that your requests are being heard. Thank you for your loyal support, and we will be sure to post a comment on this thread with any updates on UgCS compatibility.

Best,
Trevor

Hi everyone - we've been working with the team at UgCS and are in the final stage of testing a desktop tool to automatically sync your UgCS flights with AirData.

If you are interested in beta testing this, please let us know by replying here, or by emailing d...@airdata.com , and we will add you to the early access program so you can try it out and provide feedback.

Thank you!
Eran
