Good afternoon.

I think I've asked this before.  Is it possible to include a screenshot of any and all flight paths taken as part of the flight report?  The other option would be to include a hyperlink section on the PDF that would take you to the KML file.

My thought is that if I'm going to be questioned on where I flew, this report as it reads right now doesn't explain that visually.

Hi,

Thanks for your comment, and I appreciate you explaining why having a visual of the flight path would help you. That makes sense.

At the moment, the Standard Flight Report PDF doesn’t support adding an image/screenshot of the flight path or linking directly to the KML. We do plan to bring more map-based visuals into our exported reports in the future, but we don’t have a set timeline yet.

Creating a Flight Share
AirData gives users the ability to create Flight Shares for individual flights. Flight Shares provide a much more detailed view of an individual flight, as opposed to the summary data of flight reports. However, to share display maps for individual flights, you will need to create a new Flight Share per flight record. You could then enter the Flight Share links for each flight into the report.

Please see this help article for instructions on creating a Flight Share: https://app.airdata.com/wiki/Help/Creating+and+managing+Flight+Shares

Your feedback is helpful, and I’ve passed it along to our product team.

Best regards,
Trevor
