For your first question, your AirData Auto Upload Token can be found by logging into AirData from a web browser and navigating to:
My Account → Auto Upload Token
On that page, you'll see your unique Auto Upload Token displayed. If the prompt in Voyager is referring to an AirData Auto Upload Token, that is where you can locate it.
Regarding the "Unsupported file" error, could you please email us at
sup...@airdata.com with the following information?
- A screenshot of the error message
- The file format/type you attempted to upload
- Any additional details about how the file was exported from the Voyager app
We'll be happy to investigate and help troubleshoot the issue.
Additionally, if the Voyager app does support AirData integration and you're able to successfully configure the requested token, it may be possible to upload flights automatically rather than manually importing flight logs.
