Hello,
I'm happy to provide a few suggestions as to why this may be happening.
With
Direct DJI Sync, the flight app used (GO, GO 4, Pilot, Fly) creates a flight record and assigns it to whichever pilot is logged in to the flight app at the time. When the flights on the phone/tablet are synced with DJI's servers, AirData will retrieve them from DJI's servers and assign them to the pilot with matching DJI login credentials. This is illustrated by the graphic below, where Trevor Hall is logged in to GO 4 with
hall....@gmail.com, which matches the email he has entered on his AirData account.

1. One reason why flights may not be assigned to the correct pilot on your AirData account is if pilots are not logging out of the DJI flight app after they conduct flights. Using the above example - if John Smith conducts flights after Trevor Hall, it's important that Trevor logs out of GO 4, and John logs in with his credentials. If John were to conduct flights while Trevor is still logged in, the flights that John conducts will be assigned to Trevor's pilot profile when they're uploaded to AirData.
2. Another reason could be that your team is also syncing flight logs with AirData using our AirData Android mobile app, in addition to using Direct DJI Sync. If flights are being synced by way of our mobile app, the flights will be assigned to the pilot who is logged into the AirData app at the time the flights are conducted, not who is logged into the DJI flight app. So, if Trevor is logged into the AirData app when John is conducting flights, the flights will be assigned to Trevor's pilot profile, regardless of who is logged into the DJI flight app.
We suggest that iOS users upload DJI flight logs with Direct DJI Sync, and Android users upload DJI flight logs with our Android mobile app. Here is a video on uploading flights with our
Android mobile app, and here is a video on uploading flights with
Direct DJI Sync.
Hope this helps!
Best,
Trevor
