Saw this was an old topic but maybe worth a revisit. Merging flights .... would be nice to merge several flights into one. Any landing ends flight, even for a battery change. I fly several locations were I use 2-4 batteries and it would be nice to merge those into one flight for client record keeping.

Hi David,

Thanks for the note.
We currently do not provide the capability to merge flights, with that said we will pass your feedback along to the product team to see what could be implemented in a future release.

Also, while it is not a full merge functionality, you can group flights and see the flight paths in the overview page of the group.

To create a group:
Select the flights to group
Click "Actions" at the top of the flight list
Click "Group/Ungroup flights", then select "create new group",  enter the name of your group in Title then click on Save.

Hope this helps,
Frederic

Hi.

I too would find the ability to merge flights helpful, especially when I have a data link loss as it causes the flight to be recorded as a seperate flight when the link is restored. This causes issues with tracking maintenance that is pertinent to amount of flights

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

We appreciate the additional details regarding your use case. I can understand how having a single flight split into multiple records due to a data link loss could create challenges when tracking maintenance based on flight counts.

I've passed your feedback along to our product team for consideration.

Thank you again for sharing your experience.

Kind regards,
Teresa
