Airdata upload issue

Hi All, I am having a bit of an issue with uploading .csv files to Airdata. I have an iMac. The .csv file was generated by the iMac. I have tried to upload it to Airdata but I get an Error message. Does anyone have any clues as to why and what I can do to resolve this?

B) What Flight App you are using;

C) The Make and Model of your phone/tablet/remote controller.
