Hi!
I'm having issues figuring out why the timestamps on the synced flights do not match at all the videos from my SD card (from the DJI FPV). it's not a timezone issue since even the minutes don't match. Any ideas how to fix this?
It's time consuming figuring out which csv file goes with which video.
Thanks!

Hello,

What you are reporting might be associated with a known issue where the time is incorrect on the DJI Goggles, discussed here. If you would like to share an example of what you are seeing, it might help us troubleshoot. Thanks!

The discussion linked has no resolution. I have plugged my goggles with my iphone and ran the fly app many times, so I believe the goggles should be set...but no way to check?
Thanks for your time resolving this. I know these little nagging issues are not the most fun to solve.

If you would like to send an example flight with the incorrect time to sup...@airdata.com, our engineering team can inspect the log to ensure that AirData is reading it correctly. Please also send the correct date/time of the flight, for comparison purposes.

Good morning all. Sorry for the delay. I was on vacation. Here is what I get when syncing my flights. Timestamp on the SD card 100Media folder from the drone seems ok. Synced data from Airdata is off by a lot. I will send log file to Trevor as requested for further analysis.
The minutes don't match either, so one uses start of video and the other, the end? FYI, My videos create a new file after 4:54min so 2-3 videos per flight.

After logging into my DJI Fly app profile/more/Flight logs...I see that the problem is not with AIRDATA, but with the goggles log file timestamp...I will try and get someone at DJI to tell me how to fix the time on the goggles...I would think that the time on the drone from the GPS would sync with the goggles...but someone might have dropped a coma in the script...LOL

We appreciate the update. If you receive a response from DJI about how to change the time on the goggles, it would be great if you could share that information here. Thank you!
