Hi,

I am getting a security error while trying to access the AirData website this evening.  Can you check the certificate status?

Attackers might be trying to steal your information from app.airdata.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more about this warning

app.airdata.com normally uses encryption to protect your information. When Chrome tried to connect to app.airdata.com this time, the website sent back unusual and incorrect credentials. This may happen when an attacker is trying to pretend to be app.airdata.com, or a Wi-Fi sign-in screen has interrupted the connection. Your information is still secure because Chrome stopped the connection before any data was exchanged.

You cannot visit app.airdata.com right now because the website uses HSTS. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later.

Hi Todd,

Thanks for flagging this. We really appreciate you taking the time to report it. Our certificates are valid and in good standing, so this may have been a browser-side issue with how intermediate certificates were handled.

Can you confirm whether everything is loading normally for you now? If you're still seeing the warning, a quick browser restart (or trying an incognito window) usually clears it up.

Thanks again.

Best,
Trevor
