No flights synced since April 6th.  Been a user since 2016 with no issues syncing until now.

I've tried on both IOS and Android tablets.  Reverified all account settings and token...no change.

I responded

I only have 1 DJI account.  Same one I've had for 5 years.
3 devices (1 x IOS and 2 x android) all sync perfectly and have all recent flight logs

What's broken?

Mavic 3 Pro.  Zero syncing issues up till now. Notification says 'no files to sync'.  Have those files been deleted? Overwritten?

I connected Smart Controller to Windows desktop via USB. Could not batch upload.  Had to load each flight one at a time.  But I have the data where I need it now.  Still, wanna know why sync on controller failed.

Hi Tim,

Thank you for sharing this question about syncing flights from your DJI Smart Controller.

We may need some additional info to help troubleshoot this issue.
Can you reach out to us at sup...@airdata.com regarding the questions below?

1) What version of AirData UAV are you running on your Smart Controller?
If you have not updated the AirData app in a while, please install the latest version (Build 361) from here: https://airdata.com/ad/
Please note that our engineers regularly release new versions with fixes and feature updates.

2) Can you send us the debug logs from AirData UAV on your Smart Controller?
You can do this by tapping "Send Debug Info to AirData" in your AirData app "Settings".

Thank you. We look forward to hearing from you.

Best Regards,
Tom

Maybe u only have this basic account which limit your data to only 100 flight logs.

Apologies for the delay.

Debug data sent today.

I already updated the app to V2.2.8.0 build 361 but have not flown since.  Will work on this more this week.

I suspect the app update will take of matters and will report progress.

cheers,
tim

I have had the same issue on several of our unit drones.  It appears to have started in the last several updates.  The files are in the DJI application and you can manually upload them.

Hi,

Thank you all for sharing these posts.

It sounds like some of you have been seeing Auto Upload issues.
Our support team has sent an earlier response to Tim's question.
If you are seeing similar upload issues, please feel free to reach out to us at sup...@airdata.com

Please note that your subscription level does not affect your ability to upload flights.
AirData will not restrict the total number of flight logs on your account.
Rather, the "100 flights" quota refers to the fact that the most recent 100 flights on your account will be considered "Active".
Any flights older than those 100 are considered "Archived".
You can read more about Active and Archived flights in our FAQ here: https://airdata.com/faq#faqactiveflights

Updating the AirData UAV Mobile App
If your recent flights are not uploading, please try updating to the latest version of the AirData UAV mobile app.
Our engineering team releases regular updates to the app. These contain bug fixes, optimizations, and new features.

After installing the latest version of the app, try heading to Settings -> Sync Now to trigger a synchronization.
Please also make sure your "Days to Sync" setting is on "All".

The official versions of the AirData app can be found at the links below.

Thank you. If you need any further assistance, please send us an email at sup...@airdata.com
We greatly appreciate your taking the time to share your comments.

Best Regards,
