Hello,

In the DJI Pilot 2 App there are three settings:

Standard, Restricted Network Mode and Local Data Mode.

On the left side of the enclosed image there are settings that can be individualle toggled.

Which ones are required to be enabled to ensure that the flight log succesfully reaches your server ?

Hi Tibor,

Thank you for writing with this question.

Those specific network mode settings in the DJI Pilot 2 app are not something we’ve directly tested or validated on our end, so we can’t definitively confirm which individual toggles are required.

However, for AirData to successfully retrieve flight logs via Direct DJI Sync (for users located outside the U.S.), the key requirement is that your flight data is properly syncing to DJI’s servers.

To help ensure this, we recommend confirming that the following settings are enabled within DJI Pilot 2:
  • Sync Flight Records
  • DJI Cloud Services
  • Sync Logs

As long as flight logs are successfully syncing to DJI’s cloud, AirData should be able to retrieve them without issue.

For more detailed guidance on those specific network mode settings, we would recommend reaching out to DJI directly, as they would be best equipped to explain how each option impacts data syncing.

If you have any additional questions on the AirData side, feel free to let us know at sup...@airdata.com. We’re happy to help!

Kind regards,
Teresa
