The title is 'April Exports', but the dates are for the month of August.
The pdf for April changes seems to have the correct April dates, or am I
missing something?

Sorry, It’s a typo. The ‘08’ should be ‘04’.
If you check the registrations against the Pdf list, they all moved in April.
