I do`nt use aircable host xr3. aircable host xr3 is only 20 meters.

You are running Windows. And you have a build-in Bluetooth in your machine.
If you plug in the AIRcable Host XR3, Windows does not switch over to the new Host XR.
The driver for the Host XR3 will be disabled.
If you use Bluetooth, it will still work with the standard range of the Bluetooth you have
in your machine.
You must disable the drivers for the build-in Bluetooth. Then assign the Windows
Bluetooth drivers to the AIRcable Host XR3.
Then it will work correctly.
