It depends, please make sure that your Host XR3 is actually being used
by Windows.
If you have a build-in Bluetooth, the Host XR3 may not be used.
See the LEDs on the Host XR3. They must be light up (blue and green)
when you communicate, otherwise they just blink.

Your device may be a really low range Bluetooth device. The Host XR3
may be giving you 10 times the range you had before. If your device
is low range than 10 times of that low range may be just 20m.

All of our devices are tested individually to perform to our best standards.
Your product has been tested for quality as well.
