Filter Dashboard for a string rather than value through Filter Slice?

Is it possible to filter for a string rather than value?

Essentially, I want to setup a Filter slice on a column of URLs and allow users to be able to filter for any part of the URL, rather than a specific URL value. For e.g. search for "facebook" should result in inclusion of "developer.facebook.com", "facebook.com/powr-of-you", "facebook.com/namedrop-io" in the filter
