Druid recommends that we run all druid nodes in UTC time-zone.
How can we change the timezone of Caravel?

If the timezone in the config.py is put as
why is caravel still showing the default time in the selectors as the local time which is est.
DRUID_TZ = tz.tzutc()why is caravel still showing the default time in the selectors as the local time which is est.
Any ideas on how it works?
