Click "AI Add," enter your goal—like "Exam Prep" or "Next Trip"—and let the AI break it down into steps. Tap "Schedule," then return to your usual life—working, relaxing, or spending time with family. AI will pop up or speak to you at the right moment, keeping your goals on track effortlessly.
Studies show that splitting large objectives into small, scheduled tasks makes complex goals reachable and significantly reduces procrastination through consistent, timed reminders.
