To whom can I make a formal complaint about the sub for my class yesterday??

He was completely inappropriate with my students - telling nasty jokes, letting them talk to their friends, not following my lesson plan I had for my students, using bad language, and not doing his job.

Ms. V, thanks so much for bringing this to our attention.  This sub, Huy Kin Ngay, was scheduled to sub for Ms. Ku next week.  That's now no longer happening.  (Bertha will be ordering a sub from Teachers on Reserve for you, Ms. Ku.)  So, thank you.

Mr. Ngay is a relation (brother?) to Ms. Wu, the school admin assistant (don't you just love nepotism?  Though, Ms. Wu is good people.).  Would you rather I email Mrs. Palmore and copy you?  Or do you want to email Mrs. Palmore directly and copy me?  (I would just relay the same information you sent in your initial email.)  Your choice.
