new PEAR channel

Hi, everyone.

I had to move pear-channel to the new domain.

Old one: "pear.indeyets.pp.ru"
New one: "pear.indeyets.ru"

It means, that you will need to manually reinstall packages once.

for example, if you used Pake it would be:

pear uninstall indeyets/pake
pear channel-delete indeyets
pear channel-discover pear.indeyets.ru
pear install indeyets/pake
