AiP 0.10.0 is released

Hi, everyone.

I'm starting a new generation of AiP: 0.10.x

Major changes:

1. old runner code based on pake[1] is replaced with code based on symfony/console[2]
2. old-style namespace ("\MFS\*") is deleted
3. composer is the only supported way of installing now

Nearest plans include optional support for pthreads[3]

I also consider switching to 5.5+ only to use yield/generators[4].
