Study in Norway and Finland without paying tuition fees

Usually for higher study, students go to USA, Australia and UK where
they pay huge amount in form of tuition fees and to earn money (for
tuition fees) they have to work on restaurants, petrol stations etc.
So instead of studying, student keep thinking about odd jobs to pay
their fees.But there are also some countries which are offering free
education to anyone and their universities are also competing with
other top universities.

Norway and Finland are quite rich countries in Europe and offer free
education to anyone, admitted at their universities. Following website
