For me, trees have always been the most penetrating preachers. I revere them when they live in tribes and families, in forests and groves. And even more I revere them when they stand alone - Herman Hesse.

We are a team of like minded Ainthinai'ans who believe that we do not inherit this earth from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children !!!

We don't see oxygen parlors as viable alternatives for our trees.

We believe that conservation is not someone else's responsibility and we understand that participation in society is necessary for anything that results in something that's good !!!

About E.F.I

EFI is a pioneer in water body restoration and has successfully restored a number of lakes and Ponds in the Indian States. They have created ecosystems putting in astounding efforts with a single motto of Conserving Mother Earth and its jewels.

When & Where:

Date: 6th August 2023 (Sunday)

Place: Solai Vanam by E.F.I, near Kandigai (Exact location will be shared to registered participants through mail)

Time: 07:00 AM to 09:30 AM

Agenda:

1) Assemble at spot by 7:00 am on Sunday Morning. Exact location and transport plan will be shared with registered participants.

2) We will have a small briefing on the tasks that are to be done.

3) Involve yourselves in the plantation activities which will include digging pits, planting the saplings, making bunds around the planted saplings, applying mulch to the saplings, watering and setting up of tree guards wherever necessary.
4) Post the event, we will have a small gathering and pose for a nice group photo full of smiles and satisfaction.
5) Leave the spot by around 9:30am and head back to a Happy Weekend !

More details will be emailed to the registered participants.

In case of any discomfort please communicate with the organizers ( we are here at your need anytime during the event )

Anyone willing to contribute your time and physical effort with a smile is always welcome to join in our events :)
