Invitation to participate in Flagship 4 Dialogue and Partnership Workshop

Dear Flagship 4 Partners,

You all are aware about the recent change in the structure in MoFALD with a new section for Fire Control and Disaster Management which is now the unit leading Flagship 4.

As we move forward it is essential that we understand the efforts undertaken by Flagship 4 partners in the area of CBDRR in Nepal and complement each other. In this regard, MoFALD is happy to invite all our partners for a half day “Dialogue and Partnership Workshop” on February the 8^th, 8:30 am to 1:00 pm at the Hotel Himalaya.

The objective of the workshop is to offer a space of dialogue among the Flagship 4 partners and ensure that the collective efforts undertaken in the area of CBDRR reach a maximum effectiveness and efficiency.

We would like to offer our Flagship 4 partners the opportunity to share their experiences while working on CBDRR in Nepal in the following areas:

1.     1. Project Implementation

2.      2. Innovative approaches

3.      3. Synergy Research

Please find a template presentation attached to this purpose. Please kindly fill it and send it back by February the 4^th.  During the Workshop each organization will have the opportunity to work in a group of 5 organizations and consolidate each of their presentations – the consolidated version will be shared.

Please confirm your participation by 4^th of February so that we can arrange for the group work.

Our workshop participants will be all Flagship 4 partners including MOHA and other relevant ministries and departments.
