To be responsible for developing and maintaining sales strategies to
meet company objectives & to oversees all sales, advertising and
promotional activities.

Salary breakup should be accordingly:

 

Package: 3,25,000(C.T.C)

 

Basic: 25,000/- P.M *

 

Mobile: 6,000/- P.A

 

Incentive: 10%*

SKILL & COMPETENCIES:

        * Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
        * Should have strong communication skills.
        * Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a
           self-starter.
        * Leadership skills to manage relationships with new clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

        * Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and
           participation in multiple listing services.
        * Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
        * Support the promotional & marketing of the company’s capabilities
           and services within the designated area.
         * Work with operation unit in each market to seamlessly drive
           business.
         * Hard core sales.

Note: Bike Compulsory.

Knowledge:

· MBA in Marketing
