JOB Description:

·         Leads a team of six Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and is responsible for their performance

·         Travels on a daily basis to various slums/villages in allocated area

·         Manages customer relationships and builds image of Arohan in area

·         Sanctions and disburses loan applications forwarded by CSRs

·         Ensures timely and correct maintenance of accounts and records

·         Monitors achievement of business target

·         Monitors recovery on a daily basis

·         Follows-up on over-dues, if any

·         Requires leadership skills, discipline and diligence

·         Has to stay in place of posting

·         Needs to ride a two-wheeler

 

Required Profile for Branch Heads: Graduate with minimum 1-3 years of work experience in microfinance, financial services, rural sales, FMCG; We are also considering MBA fresher for the position. Age: 23 to 35 years. Candidates must possess a two-wheeler and be ready to relocate anywhere in Assam.

 

Compensation: CTC of Rs.2.22 lacs & free bachelor accommodation.
