We are pleased to announce the publication of Language and the Knowledge Economy: Multilingual Scholarly Publishing in Europe, (eds. Josep Soler and Kathrin Kaufhold). The volume features 11 chapters, including an introduction and postscript, and it explores the intersections of language, knowledge production, and scholarly publishing in the European context. The contributions investigate the conditions for academic knowledge production, the challenges for multilingual scholars, and the institutional regimes in the knowledge economy.
