While there is no audio in the 5 part video (in the uploads section) I
found these to be very informative.

Sensei takes you through many movements, indicating typical mistakes
and then shows correct execution. Without the sound it forces you to
pay more attention to detail since you won't receive any audible
data. You must rely on your visual acuity to pick up on all the
nuances. How many of us, during training, have had a similar
experience - watching Sensei teach (a technique we know but don't do
very well), and suddenly your eyes pick out a movement that seems key
and the whole room quiets down. Your vision tunnels and zooms in on
the key element you've been missing, having heard the lecture but not
allowed your eyes to really latch on. You watch the move over and
over, perfectly silent, allowing your mind to suck in the meaning,
quietly, effortlessly. Then your brain starts to break the silence.
You say to your self, "Look doofus, see? That's why you are off
balance and Uke is not. Close your ears and use your eyes a minute!"
and then the training sounds return as Sensei sets us off to try again
with a soft and subtle "Aikido" or "Hajime".

These moments are too few and far between for me. And maybe one day,
I'll learn to use all my senses.
