Issue with Google Cloud VM

Hi Everyone, 

I am a new user (or trying to be) of Quantum Mobile.

I have set up a Google Cloud project with Compute Engine API enabled, following the instructions, but when I go to create an instance using the link to the most recent Google Cloud Platform release found in the instructions, I simply get an error that says "Failed to Load".

I am hoping someone can help me figure out what is the causing the issue and how to get Quantum Mobile working on Google Cloud.
