Job Description
As a Technical Support Engineer you will be Handling calls & resolving enterprise level customer tickets, forensic work based on virus related issues, handling escalation calls, resolving tickets based on SLA, following internal process & keeping self-updated. To be successful in this role, you must be a motivated self-starter and self-learner, possess strong technical problem solving skills; and be someone who embraces challenges.

Required Skill set:
· Knowledge in Networking, Operating systems, Server Technology, Hardware storage & System Securities
· Networking domain knowledge including TCP/IP protocols
· Experience resolving system crashes and hardware related issues
· Understanding of Storage Hardware Architecture (Partitioning / RAID)
· Excellent knowledge of Operating Systems including (Windows 2012, 2008, Windows 8+ / Linux, UNIX)
· Good interpersonal communication skills and customer handling skills are needed in order to work successfully with customers in high stress and or ambiguous situations

· HR Screening
· V&A – Excellent Communication skills in English
· Technical – Technical interview on networking and OS related concepts
· Ops Round- Final ops round to sign off employment
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma Holders/Under grad with relevant work experience
CCNA / CCNP certification will be an added advantage
Shifts: Must be fine to work in rotational shifts.
