Dear Iain
Further to your request please find attached two spreadsheets which I
have been able to extract from our database which might help us to
compile a complete and accurate list of Headmasters and Houseparents.
You will see there are many discrepancies - with dates in particular.
Some will be due to changes to administrative staff and
inconsistencies in data entry protocols over the years. For example,
John Corlette is noted as being Headmaster until 1977, whilst Group
Captain Watts according to these records became Headmaster in 1971!
I hope in any case this is a useful starting point.
