I have posted this up as a reply to the group to:
(a) say thankyou for your "thanks" (below). Recognition and thanks are always appreciated by me.Ā Ā
(b) add the important note that
the document: Aiglon College Rule Book (1964-1967).pdf was scanned
and OCR'd
(Optical Character Recognition) with a new scanner and bundled software
that I have just bought (EPSON Perfection V330). The document is
therefore not
just an image but is also text-searchable by
any search/indexing systems you may be using, and you can also freely
copy (cut-and-paste) the text straight out of it without any problem.
As an aside:
I had been wanting to get a scanner like this for simply ages,
but could only justify it when my existing (old technology) scanner was
made forcibly obsolete following my migration to Windows7 (64-bit) on a
new laptop (my old laptop having died before just Christmas).
