Working on AI + finance research?

Hi, 

My name is Matt Robinson. I'm a financial journalist and I run AI Street, a digital publication about how AI is changing how investors invest. I interviewed well-known fighter pilot and AI expert Tucker Balch a few months back :) 

A topic that consistently resonates with my readers is academic research on practical applications of AI and finance, especially those focused on machine learning, large language models, and autonomous agents. I've written quite a few over the last six months or so, see examples here, here and here.

I typically find new research via search and alerts, but it's hard to keep up with everything. So, it'd be great to hear from folks who are on the vanguard of finance, especially if your research has real-world applications.
