I. EI Source Journals’ Paper Publication
In 2010 and 2011, the 69 original high quality papers selected by “IFITA/IFCSTA” of IITAA were published as the two Special Issues of Journal of Computers (JCP, EI Source Journals in Europe, ISSN 1796-203X) and Journal of Software (JSW , EI Source Journals in Europe, ISSN:1796- 217X) of the 1st Quarters in 2010 and 2011, where all accepted papers were indexed by EI Compendex (JA) within three months after being published.
As the active response to satisfy the requirement of many authors (not only the authors of IFITA/IFCSTA, but also other authors in the world), “IFITA/IFCSTA” sponsored by “IITAA” have continuingly decided that:
1. About 40 original high quality papers will be published as "Special Issue on Current Research in Computer Science and Information Technoloy" of Journal of Computers (JCP, EI Compendex, ISSN 1796-203X) and "Special Issue on Current Research in Software Technologies" of Journal of Software (JSW, EI Compendex, ISSN:1796-217X) in the 1st Quarter 2012.
2. The authors all over the world are welcome to submit their unpublished original high quality papers for the above two Special Issues which are the EI Source Journals “Journal of Computers ( ISSN 1796-203X) and Journal of Software (ISSN:1796- 217X) ”.

Paper submitting deadline: 15 August 2011 10 October 2011 10 November 2011
Paper Notification deadline: 15 September 2011 20 October 2011 20 November 2011
Registration deadline: 25 September 2011 31 October 2011 25 November 2011

All submitted papers should reflect the original or innovatory results of Computer (including Software) science, technologies and applications, as well as other related research fields. The topics are as follows, but not limited to:

5. The Teaching thoughts, Teaching theories, Teaching methods, Teaching studies, Teaching reforms, Teaching innovations, Teaching researches, Teaching experiences and so on, which are based/used Information Technology and Applications.
IV. Paper Submission
1. All the submitted papers written in English must be 8 pages (at least) to 12 pages (at most) and be submitted to IFITA/IFCSTA Organizers through the email (iitaa.j...@gmail.com), of which its subject should be “EI Source Journal submission”. (Notice: if pages are less than 8 or over 12, your submitted paper will be automatically rejected.)
2. The authors MUST provide the below files to IFITA/IFCSTA Organizers via email (iitaa.j...@gmail.com):
1) When the first draft of the paper is submitted for EI Source Journal, the FOUR important files MUST be provided as below: (Notice: All the following four important files must be as WORD documents only, otherwise your paper will not be accepted by us.)
A. “The first draft” (which must be typeset exactly as the journal’s paper template);
B. “Author(s) Integrity Affirmation”;
C. “The Submitted Authors Information Table” (Notice: if you are the author(s) in Mainland China, you must provide the “The Information Table of EI Source Journal’s Authors (Chinese version)” at the same time);
D. “Copyright Transfer Agreement” (Notice: If without this file, the accepted paper will be rejected naturally).
V. Publishing Fees
1. When submitting the first draft, the authors must pay the Preliminary Review fees (which are CNY 300 or USD 60 per paper) to IFCSTA/IFCSTA Organizers for the first draft of the submitted paper.
2. When submitting the final draft, the authors must pay Registration fees (which are CNY 4500 or USD 800 per paper with 8 pages, and CNY 600 or USD 100 per extra page) to IFCSTA/IFCSTA Organizers for the final draft of the accepted paper.
3. The Publishing fees ((i.e. Preliminary Review fees and Registration fees)) payment form is that: (where the paper ID and telephone number of author(s) must be indicated clearly on the special instruction)
