Beau Becker这个trainee是THU的，但是我在大一同学军训期间负责ET match的时候曾经接触过他。他是美国西北大学的VPTM，另外还有两个俄罗斯女孩儿，17号来，其中一个是0910届的VPTM，另一个也是VP，他们都希望在UIBE承担CEED工作。

在邮件里我跟他们三个人简单介绍了一些他们能做的JD，如果你们有什么新的想法和要求，果断提出来，我确定之后再和他们三个人说。尤其是Ofe可以朝training的方面想，俄罗斯女孩跟我说她十分想做training。叶佳胜朝reception想，不单单是bonding，他们的能力是可以设计出更高水平的involvement活动的，重在内容的设计。盖来，L+X，partnership！！怡雯，他们做member service水平很高，因为平时没有那么大的绩效压力，思维很开阔的，HRM的product可以问他们找灵感！

Hey man!

     You know what, I once tried to match you with one of UIBE's TN in May, because the original responsible person Sherry was out of office for military training. So we meet again!

     I would LOVE to meet you in person and I do have different kinds of job descriptions in TM area. Unluckily I will be leaving Beijing on 16th and return in mid-August. But many of my EB fellows and team leaders will be staying for summer team. And I'll be within access to internet during the absence so that we will have no problem informally meeting online.

     Including you, there have been 3 international aiesecers interested in doing CEED for the LC. The others are Zoya and Ann from Russia. Below is what I have written to them the rough idea on my mind about the CEED JD in TM area of AIESEC UIBE.

     

1. Trainee Reception

• In summer, it's great time for organizing trainee gathering activities.
• It's been annoying a little that sometimes trainees and buddies (people who are in charge of trainees' reception) feel themselves unrecognized. Therefore, I intend to design special identity for them. E.g. souvenirs like t-shirts would be a good idea. And what else? How to enrich their experience in this internship?

         2.  Autumn Recruitment

• This is in the coming September. I know you will be leaving at the end of August. But still, I'm looking forward to your participation in the preparation work in July and August, such as  designs of promotion material (website, posters, video, flyers etc), design of interview material (Group AC games, interview questions, scoring sheet, etc) and so on.

         3.  X+L tracking

• Like you and Ann, UIBE has sent a lot of long-term and short-term members abroad and educate them to take responsibility in the host LC while simply doing internship, for X+L has been a hot topic and this kind of experience will be really beneficial to both the individual and LC UIBE. I'm sure you have a wide and deep network with @ers and LCs around the world. So I'd like you to communicate with both UIBE's EP and host LC to ensure their participation in X+L, especially the EPs in Russia :D

         4. Learning Circle

• This is a brand new area that UIBE TM steps in. This is one of the 6 kinds of Global Learning Environment, which I'm sure you know it very well. To be honest, I'm very keen to learn from your experience on this area since you told me in earlier email that you would like to design and deliver trainings to our members. Moreover, I hope this Learning Circle could be something fun, not-so-serious. Besides training, what else could we think of to guide members to act more spontaneously?
• Also, I think this may be the best way to represent a learning organization to our members and through which we could eventually foster the sharing atmosphere and make this LC a more dynamic one. This will DEFINITELY benefit other functions as well.

      

      OK, that's pretty much of it. I'm a little disappointed that I am not able to make a formal meeting. But would you like to meet my EB fellows, because they also have CEED need in their own functions. I could arrange for you. How's that sound?

      Also, have you seen the email that says national conference (24th-29th, July, in Wuhan) has open application channel for international delegates? Because you will be sitting with a room of VPTMs and EBs from all over the country!

Hey Xiang,

   I have been trying so hard for the last 2 weeks to contact people at UIBE.  I am the VPTM of AIESEC Northwestern in the USA.  For this summer I am on a traineeship with THU.  THe best part is that I live less than 1 minutes from the UIBE campus in Shaoyaoju.  I would really like to set up a meeting with you at some time.  This could be formal or informal and I really want to help the LC out and meet the people.

   Hope to hear from you soom, and I would be very interested in coming to your conference before I leave.
