My dear directors, Olivia and Gashev,

I am writing you this email to share with you my idea of publishing AIESEC UIBE September Newsletter. I want to make every one of AIESEC UIBE to get to know more about Talent Management, a department recruiting no newbie but as important as every other department they have or have not known about. Also, if convenient, Im going to share it to MoC TM plenary for constructive feedback for us to do better. At last, I think my five directors, as well as all my department members, are worth a recognition of what they have been striving for through this newsletter.

So here is the outline after my discussion with every director.

  1. Common Induction Review
  • OC Team introduction
  • LEAD Procedure review
  • Analysis on statistics from application forms
  • Responsible (person who collects information and makes it newsletter): James
      2. HR Management
  • HR Analysis
  • Global Competency Model Induction
  • Mentorship Program Induction (Induction will be delivered on 1st LCM)
  • Responsible: Jane Xu
      3. Learning Circle
  • Local TtT review
  • RTtT update
  • Announcement of Local Middle-Management Teams (including bonding team, training team, etc. Every team consists of only mid-mgmt leaders)
  • Responsible: Adam Hu
      4. Trainee Reception
  • Realized trainees introduction
  • National Holidays' City Tour review
  • Buddy Program Preview (Induction will be delivered on 1st LCM)
  • Upcoming trainees induction
  • Responsible: Jason Ye
      5. X+L
  • Summer exchange review (report sharing, 1000RMB fund annoucement, etc)
  • Returnee Gathering review and Reintegration update
  • New round X+L preview (Induction will be delivered on 1st LCM)
  • Responsible: Hena Gai
      6. AU Supporting
  • CI Review
  • AU activities review
  • Upcoming activities preview (highlight those in need of UIBE's support)
  • Responsible: Jessamyn Wang

Information is being collecting these days and every part of the newsletter is supposed to send to me this weekend. I am planning to publish it someday next week.

Gasho, I'm hoping if you could give me advice on the content and share with me resources to make newsletter better looking and more professional. Opinions from any other of you are also strongly expected!

Jane, Ofelia, Adam, Vera, Jason, Iris, Hena, and Jessamyn, let's geili to AIESEC UIBE and MoC plenary!

Regards,
James

Hey James

First, Congratulations to you and your TM team for the AWESOME IDEA having TM newsletter.

The structure seems great.
Keep putting relevant information regarding each month (e.g. Oct - X+L reintegration, Nov - upcoming EB elections etc).

As for the design, Im using templates within my MS Office, but they are for Mac.
U can ask for help from the ER team or someone good with Photoshop to help u with cool design :)

Send the idea to the other VP TMs so they can also see what cool stuff are happening in UIBE :) and CC me as well
