Trainee Reception
It's great time for organizing trainee gathering activities in summer. We'd like to do it!

Ann really likes organize smth! We have some interesting ideas, it will be good for interns and for PR of your LC: we're preparing theme for party, we are planning to come to night club and art cafe and offer them to do party together.(on an example Russian party, party in white T-shirt and etc)

It's been annoying a little that sometimes trainees and buddies (people who are in charge of trainees' reception) feel themselves unrecognized. Therefore, I intend to design special identity for them. E.g. souvenirs like t-shirts would be a good idea. And what else? How to enrich their experience in this internship?

In our LC we have special education for buddy, we can share our knowledges! 
We will bring souvenirs with us)
Also we can organize a small competition for the best buddy and intern! 


Autumn Recruitment of New Members in Campus
This is in the coming September. I know you will be leaving at the end of August. But still, I'm looking forward to your participation in the preparation work in July and August, such as designs of promotion material (website, posters, video, flyers etc), design of interview material (Group AC games, interview questions, scoring sheet, etc) and so on.

We did recruitment together last year, and of course we can share our experience and help u(Ann with promotion, Zoya with TM part ), but we don't want to be last responsible for this activities. Besides we will have focus on organisation big parties and meetings, and we think that we'll have not a lot of time for this.  


. X+L tracking
Like you and Ann, UIBE has sent a lot of long-term and short-term members abroad and educate them to take responsibility in the host LC while simply doing internship, for X+L has been a hot topic and this kind of experience will be really beneficial to both the individual and LC UIBE. I'm sure you have a wide and deep network with @ers and LCs around the world. So I'd like you to communicate with both UIBE's EP and host LC to ensure their participation in X+L, especially the EPs in Russia :D

For Russia it's also hot topic!) So I think that we can motivate them with our example! EP talks, promotion and I think that some trainings will be great! and there are different kind of people! that's why we should use different tools for motivation!
for some - X+L competition, for some people - statistics and facts about great opportunities, for others - personal example etc!

4. Learning Circle
This is a brand new area that UIBE TM steps in. This is one of the 6 kinds of Global Learning Environment, which I'm sure you know it very well. To be honest, I'm very keen to learn from your experience on this area since you told me in earlier email that you would like to design and deliver trainings to our members. Moreover, I hope this Learning Circle could be something fun, not-so-serious. Besides training, what else could we think of to guide members to act more spontaneously?
 
We hadn't got any learning circles two years ago. But for example I think that it's great tool! that's why we started to implement it! that's why we also can do it in your LC as well!

Jason,你对Zoya的关于组织bonding的提议有什么想法?是否在这个暑假可以做一次出来?

我现在已经回北京,可以帮助你和她沟通。有没有具体的idea?
