Are You BACK?

亲爱的TM同仁，

       暑假过的是否愉快，是否充实，是否过的AIESECly？我在假期中更多地是在track X+L和Trainee Reception两个team，但是对于HRM、Learning Circle以及AU Supporting的track不是很紧。所以，在和各位的private meeting之前，我想先在这里进行online department meeting。

       希望你们能update自己的team在暑假中所做的事情以及成果，以及在开学后对下个短暂的term的计划。尤其请Jane和Ofe写的具体一些，接下来上课前这一周，我将会focus在HRM和Learning Circle，因为你们的team是与newie密切相关的。

       另外，我从8月份以来一直在做CI的coach，所以也希望跟你们分享CI的最新进展。我会把google日历分享给各位，这样你们也能随时观察我们的最新动态。

       UPDATE的DDL是8月31日，请遵守规则。
