Hello dear trainees,

how are you? how is life in Timisoara and how do you like the Romanian people?

I am writing to inform you about the Local Planning Meeting that will be held next weekend. This conference will be held at Baile Herculane, the fee is about 40 euros including transport, accomodation and meals. There will be discussions about the projects that will be held in Timisoara in the next year. If you are not willing to participate to the sessions you can and visit, the place is really awesome, I attach you a link with photos:

The conference starts in 15 of July(on Friday) and it ends on Monday. We are going to have 3 days of conference from Friday to Sunday and Sunday we will have a big team building with the whole LC, going camping, sleeping in the tent.

I don't really know who the projects are structured, you have to talk to the OCPs and see how can you manage this, maybe you will be there only for 2 days but it's worth it.

If you have any questions please ask me, if you want to come, please reply to this email and I will send you the application form.

We are expecting about 40 delegates, with you there will be 50. we will have a lot of fun, hope that I convinced you.

I requested permission. Tomorrow you will accept me and I will fill the sheet. We will attend the whole conference, then we take a bus on Monday at lunch to Bucharest.

And...I do want a t-shirt :)
