Dear all:
As some of you may know, BoA of Advisors Chair Nuno of AIESEC SISU, previously MCP of AIESEC German, is now working in DHL Supply in Shanghai, working for the Talent Management.
And know he opened a channel for recommending AIESECers for the 2012 MT Program
Words from Nuno:
"MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT) program. It’s a fast track leadership program for fresh graduates. They will join DHL, and within 18 -24 months (depends on performance) they will go through a program combined of on-the-job trainings in 3 different departments, classroom trainings, soft skill trainings, mentoring and personal coaching by myself J So that after this MT program they will be ready to take over a position in the middle management of DHL Supply Chain. I believe it’s a great start into the personal career and it gives graduates the chance to get into a leadership position in the logistics industry superfast.

We need people who are proactive, interested in international logistics, speak English and have worked at some point outside of university for NGOs, or students jobs etc. So as you can imagine, AIESECers are the perfect match J
So I would like you to kindly share this information and the attached files with your LC. You can tell them, that I will personally interview them and if they get chosen I will be their coach for the whole program and help to start their career in logistics.
