一、EPs to Africa Preparation Guidance
根据上周集中的Africa RTN online sharing，折腾了好久的EPs to Africa Preparation Guidance终于出炉啦！！！请用力点击附件下载之~:)

花了我好多个夜晚呀，一定要让EP们认真看呀！！！ (╯▽╰)


二、Uganda TN Search Tool
这几天联系到了乌干达和尼日利亚的相关负责人，这里给出他们的TN：


对乌干达有兴趣的EP，对方让大家直接联系：Aby Ouattara MCVP aby.ou...@aiesec.net  abys...@gmail.com  Skype:abyouat (是11/12的MCVPI)

(御姐作为乌干达的RTN，提出以乌干达的现状目前还不适合接待太多的中国EP，以20~30个为宜，否则容易出bad case哦~)


三、Africa Team Newsletter

1.全国各LC EP match非洲现状：
根据6.7的OGX数据大全，目前全国match到非洲的EP总共有379个。占全部比例的26.2%。所以我们去非洲的EP还是蛮多哒！

非洲的EP常常会出现两种极端：一种是各种挑剔环境恶劣，认为exchange很烂的；一种是觉得收获颇多，爱上那片土地的（这种EP偏多呀~）；
所以在做EP service的时候，适当降低EP对外界环境的expectation，可以很好的提高他们的experience哦！

2.EP match国家分布：

今年match到非洲的EP去的比较多的国家有，Kenya,Egypt,Tanzania,包括Ghana,Tunisia,Mauritius。去这几个国家的EP，大家一定要做好他们的expectation setting！根据往年的经验，中国人抱团总是会对EP们的experience造成不好的影响，所以请再三提醒去这几个国家的EP注意，不要抱团，不要变成中国旅游观光客哦！！！这也是为了他们能有更好的experience哈！

给出两份关键数据，希望大家能够对自己的EP match的动态有罪详尽的了解哈！


四、翻墙软件推荐

自从用了Goagent，妈妈再也不用担心我翻不了墙的问题出现了~设置也很简单哒~所以强烈推荐啊啊啊~

如果有人还木有用上它，速度用起来吧~尤其希望大家转给EP们哟~很多国家的TN search tool都是用的google文档，没有一款称手的翻墙软件是多么令人蛋疼的问题！！！
