l Skills 布置任务:SMART法则 S就是specific:意思是设定绩效考核目标时,一定要具体,目标不可以是抽象模糊的; M就是measurable:目标要可衡量,要量化; A是attainable:即设定的目标要高,要有挑战性,但一定是可达成的; R是relevant:设定的目标要和该岗位的工作职责相关联; T是time bounding:对设定的目标,要规定什么时间内达成。
