Dear Lateralus,

I have attached the Financial Polices for the year. Kindly go through
them and make sure it is implemented. the implication of failure is
also mentioned. Now onwards, these policies will be strictly
implemented. I have also attached attached reimbursement policy etc
seperately as it needs to be circulated within departments.
Reimbursement slips, cash reciept and sample invoice has been
attached.
