ü What you will do in Dare To Dream?
"Dare To Dream" project aims at guiding the youth to gain the power of dream through providing chances to get to know the world mutually.
And our project will continue from 2014.01.14 to 2014.01.31, and during this time you are going to accept training for every foreign volunteer about Chinese national conditions and our DTD project. And then, we are about to go to a city in South of China.
ü What is Dare to Dream
Project Dare to Dream is an AIESEC RUC run project in association with NGOs and foundations in and around Beijing, which takes the responsibilities of creating helpful hands for all those left behind youth in rural China and emphasizes on the development and upliftment of the underprivileged children who are lack of dreams.
ü What criteria for you
Our project requires an intern:
· To be efficient, patient and caring for youths
· To be capable of common activity or event management
· To have excellent communication skills and English language ability
· Most importantly, to highly approve our vision, ready to fully participate in our project and enjoy the life changing exploration in China!
ü General JD
· give basic English courses to students, inducting them to discover and appreciate language learning.
· diverse theme activities will be launched, guiding them to step by step get closer to dreams.
· learn bit by bit about their living circumstance and how it narrows their viewpoint of dreams.
ü What we provide
· Reception package: sent to help better prepare for your journey before you set off
· booklet: describe the detailed job and life after you arrive in China
· Accommodation and food in school, excluding the traveling days
· Pick up in the airport once you arrive in Beijing
· Buddies in Beijing: to help you adapt to the situation
ü Background
China is an amazingly beautiful country with a wide variety in landscapes, terrain and culture. Hence an internship program launched where the soul of Chinese traditions lies, must be the best internship experience you can acquire in AIESEC RUC.
