Job Description
Department the intern will be working English Department
Job Description1 Teaching English classes including grammar, comprehension and writing, creative writing, phonics, drama class and playgroup from age 2.5 to 15. Material is provided for teachers to teach in an interactive way. The learning objectives of each class is different for the students and teachers need to observe and able to identify students need and react according to the circumstances.
Job Description2 Weekly meeting to report student’s learning progress and discuss the difficulties of handling the class, problems and parent’s feedback to improve the teaching quality of the class
Job Description3 Create lesson plans and materials / modification of materials for the English classes.
Job Description4 Mark and grade student’s homework and progress report.
Job Description5 Communicate with parents with students' progress
Job Description6 Training will be provided
Measurable results expected from the intern 1. Student’s learning progress and academic performance 2. Parent’s feedback 3. The number of students in the class and the turnover rate 4. The monthly performance evaluation by the head teacher
Preparation required from the intern before arrival Nothing but a passionate heart
