After the discussion with current EB team, the structure of the year 2013-2014 will be:
Since there are only 5 VP candidates now, I officially announce that
AIESEC in BISU 2013-2014

Application Reopen and
Specific Questionnaire Release!!!!
If you failed to apply for VP, now you get another chance to apply again!
If you have already been a VP candidate, fill the specific questionnaire now!
Let’s look forward to a brand new start and work together to drive a brighter FUTURE.
Below is the flow of this campaign.
Application：
1) The application is divided into 4 parts
a) Your CV (within one page, either Chinese or English is acceptable)
b) The complete Application Form (including General Question + Function Questionnaire)
c) Your Case Study Presentation
There are three Case Study Topics for each position in the application folder. Please choose two from them and give us your thoughts about the topics.
Any type of answer is accepted, such as word, ppt.
d) Your DISC test result from http://www.yiiway.com/ydisc/

Application can be filled either in English or in Chinese
Election Explanation：
The ELECTION will be held in the following process:
1. 1st round-Public speech
Each candidate will go through the following election process:
Candidate Speech (15min, in Chinese or in English)
Case Presentation (10min, in Chinese)
Candidate Q&A (Questions asked by members)
Voting
2. 2nd round-Interview
In the 2nd round, VP candidates will be individually interviewed by incoming AUP and current EB on Dec. 1st, 2012.
NOTICE:
1.All the current members of AIESEC in BISU should attend to the 1st round Public Speech on time.
2.Members who are late or leave early have no right to vote.
