On behalf of Executive Board of AIESEC HIT 2013, I wrote this email to tell you that one of our EB teammates – Joshua Gao（高可）will no longer be the Vice President of ICX-GCDP Function and member of the Executive Board.
The following is Joshua’s letter of resignation:

各位AIESEC HIT的同仁们：
在此告知大家一个消息，由于个人原因，自己不再适合担任AIESEC HIT副主席的职务，所以我将正式辞去AIESEC HIT 2013公益项目部副主席的职位，这个决定也经过了AIESEC HIT 2013 EB Team的一致赞同。
从去年这个时候作为AIESEC New member加入到这个团队到现在，整整一年，自己在AIESEC里边经历很多事情和人，有得有失，有激情也有痛苦。
但AIESEC永远都是自己大学生活中浓重的一笔。
AIESEC是一个纯粹而又复杂的地方，每个人都有自己对AIESEC的理解和定位。AIESEC是一个组织，而每一个AIESECer是组织中的一个体。
而AIESEC HIT作为一个地方分会，他也有自己独特的历史，结构，文化和氛围。
在做出这样一个决定之前，自己一直在思考三个问题，无论是短期还是长期，自己在追求什么？自己到底想追求什么？自己如何去追求？
感谢那些一起并肩战斗过的人，感谢那些信任，支持或者批评我的人，感谢那些快乐，疯狂和苦逼的时光。
祝福大家无论在AIESEC之内还是之外，都可以认清自己，生活得更丰富，更真实，更有意义。

In his 1 year experience in AIESEC HIT as the team member and team leader, Joshua has proactively involved in the build-up of this function, and made great contribution to AIESEC HIT and positive impact to society through his commitment and dedication.We all wish him well in the future.
As I mentioned above, we always believe the things iGCDP are doing matters a lot. Everything must go on.
Now I officially reopen
this position-Vice
President of ICX-GCDP 2013 of AIESEC HIT to all the current AIESECers
and alumni of AIESEC HIT. You should notice that:
w The applicant should reply this email and send a text message to me (15124558946) with ”XXX Rocks for VP iGCDP” before 22:00, March 26 (Tuesday).
w I will finished the personal interview with all the applicants before March 28.
w The newly elected Vice President of iGCDP will be announced before March 30 and be on term instantly.
My EB Teammates and I all believe the true value and experience for what this function is doing, so no matter how hard it is, As the LCP of AIESEC HIT, I promise you we will keep calm and carry on.
